If you agree to work with me as a Buyer's Agent, I will monitor the Multiple-Listing Service to find new listings that meet your needs, as soon as they come on the market. When we find a property that you are interested in, I will help structure the offer to get you the best possible deal, or in a busier market, I can help prepare an offer that will give you the best possible chance of getting you the home that you really want.

Once you've entered into a contract with a seller, I will make sure that all of the numerous professionals involved in the transaction do what they're supposed to, when things are supposed to be done. I will deal with any problems that come up, and I will keep you fully informed of everything that is going on throughout the entire process.
