What Should I Do Before Looking? You should
be conscious of how you are handling your money. For example, if you're
not completely certain that you will qualify for both, you should not
go car shopping before you begin your home search. Also, if you don't
have a lot of cash on hand, you should be saving up to make a downpayment
and pay closing costs. At our first meeting, I can help you get pre-approved
with a lender, and let you know everything we will need to do before you
put in an offer on a property, and at every step throughout any transaction.
We can begin actually looking for a new home for you, once you are pre-approved. Are You Looking Out For Me Or The Seller?
