Are You Looking Out For Me Or The Seller? Unless I
am the listing agent on a property, you would have the option of working
either way. You could either have me work so I am looking out for the
seller's best interest as a Seller's Agent, or you could have me work
as a Buyer's Agent, where I would be looking out for your best interest.

listing, they are obligated to look out for the seller. This means you
